NICHOLAS COLLISHAW, Director, (A.S.I.A (A.P.F), A.A.P.I)
Mr Collishaw was appointed CEO Investments at Mirvac in January 2005. Nicholas has been involved in property and property funds management for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in commercial, retail and industrial property throughout Australia . In various roles he has co-ordinated business acquisitions and investment fund creation as well as implementing portfolio sales programs. Nicholas has also managed many large investment acquisitions. He was previously Head of Property at James Fielding Group and has also held senior positions with Deutsche Asset Management, Paladin Australia Limited and Schroders Australia . Nicholas is an executive director of Mirvac Group. |

GRANT HODGETTS, Director
Mr Hodgetts has been involved in property and funds management since 1979. He joined Mirvac's Funds Management division in February 2006 and was appointed CEO - Australia, for Mirvac Funds Management in May 2007. Prior to joining Mirvac, he was Head of Property in the Specialised Capital Group of Westpac Institutional Bank; a Division Director of Property Investment Banking at Macquarie Bank; Director of Richard Ellis (Vic) Pty Ltd and an Executive of the AMP Society's Property Division. Mr Hodgetts holds a BA, Associate Diploma in Valuations and an Advanced Certificate in Business Studies (Real Estate). Mr Hodgetts is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute and a licensed real estate agent in both New South Wales and Victoria.He was appointed to the boards of Mirvac Funds Management Limited, Mirvac REIT Management Limited and Hotel Capital Partners Limited in April 2006. |

PAUL BARKER, Director
Mr Barker is also Chairman of the Transport Accident Commission. Mr Barker is also Deputy Chairman of the Victorian WorkCover Authority, Chairman of VicForests, Chairman of Stadium Operations Ltd. (Telstra Dome), a former Director of Employment National Ltd and a past Chairman of the Victorian Division of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. Mr Barker was appointed to the boards of Mirvac Funds Management Limited, Mirvac REIT Management Limited and Hotel Capital Partners on 1 April 2007.Mr Barker has extensive experience in accounting and financial services both in Australia and overseas. Formerly Chief Executive of Audit Victoria, he also held senior group executive positions with Standard Chartered Bank PLC in Hong Kong, Singapore and London. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries. |

ROSS STRANG, Director
Mr Strang is a consultant to Kemp Strang, a Sydney based commercial law firm. Mr Strang is one of Kemp Strang’s founders and was a partner in the practice for over 30 years. Mr Strang has extensive experience in commercial, property, construction and securities matters on a broad front and is well known in legal and wider circles. Mr Strang became a director of Mirvac Funds Management Limited, Mirvac REIT Management Limited and Hotel Capital Partners Limited in May 2007. |

RICHARD TURNER, Non-executive Director
Mr Turner is a Chartered Accountant by profession and former CEO of Ernst & Young, following a career of over 30 years with that organisation until his retirement. He is currently a Director of Publishing and Broadcasting Limited (PBL), and HBOS Australia Pty Limited and was a past President and Director of The Smith Family and past Chairman and a current Director of Pain Management Research Institute. Mr Turner also currently serves as Chairman of PBL's Finance and Audit and Corporate Governance Committees and has been a Director of Crown Limited since October 2003 (which delisted in September 2005). Mr Turner is a member of Mirvac's Audit Risk and Compliance and Remuneration Committee. |

CHRIS PACKETT, BEc, AAPI, Director, Real Estate Equity Funds
Mr Packett is responsible for Mirvac's Real Estate Equity Funds including the recently acquired Domaine Property Funds Limited who is the manager/trustee of Domaine SEQ Growth Funds, Domaine Hunter Fund, Domaine Diversified Fund and the Domaine Land Fund. Prior to his appointment to Mirvac, he held senior positions at Valad Property Group, ICA Property Group and at AMP Capital Investors as a Private Client Fund Manager investing in all forms of property on behalf of clients LG Super and The Catholic Superannuation Fund Mr Packett has been involved in all forms of listed and unlisted property investment, development, acquisitions and property funds management for more than 20 years. He has extensive experience in commercial, retail and industrial property throughout Australia and New Zealand and has represented investors in South East Asian investment vehicles and international property securities funds. Mr Packett graduated from the University of New England with a Bachelor of Economics and is an Associate of the Australian Property Institute. |
